Since Jan 2023, we have stopped taking new customers as we are very busy with our current customers and the waiting lists for daycare and boarding were getting very long. In doing this we have had more ability to serve our current customers better but there are still times that their pets end up on a waiting list when we are booked full.

If you are not already registered in our booking system then you would be considered a new customer. We have implemented a waiting list for potential new customers. If you are interested in getting on the list please email us with your contact information and some information about your dog. At this time we do not have an estimated time line for accepting new customers from the waiting list. We understand this is an inconvenience for a lot of people and we sincerely apologize.

If you are already in our booking system and have got a new dog or an additional dog you are still a customer and that new or additional dog is still welcome to come.
