*** If there is inclement weather, please make sure we have your contact information for possible class cancellations. ***
CONFIRMATION: We will gladly hold a spot for you and your dog in a class with your payment. If your payment does not arrive prior to 7 days of your scheduled class, your reservation may not be honoured and may be offered to those on waiting lists. Once your reservation is confirmed by payment, our refund policies apply.
Customers cancelling their reservation for class less than 5 days before the starting date will receive no refund unless the reason for cancellation is serious or unavoidable at our discretion.
Absolutely no refunds after classes have already started. If you choose to not attend the class you started those funds are NOT transferable to other services available at P.E.T.S. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Next set of Junior Puppy Classes (under 5 months) will starts Monday July 29 to Sept 2 at 7 pm
There is a second class added starting Tuesday August 13 to Sept 17
(last class may be adjusted if needed due to it being the long weekend. )
Next set of Senior Puppy Classes (over 5 months) Thursday August 22 to Sept 26
Advanced Puppy/Dog Class TBA (first steps puppy class OR an equivalant training class is required)
Each of these classes are 6 week sessions. Prices listed above.

Private Lessons available at $50 +tax / hour or a set of 3 prepaid at $130 +tax

* proof of vaccines - we recommend DAPPVL and Bordetella. All dogs over 4 months of age must have proof of Rabies vaccine. Flea and parasite control is also recommended before attending class.
* a variety of soft, small and easy to chew and swallow treats are recommend for training class.
* a flat collar or Sensible or Easy Walk harness only please. No choke or pinch collars. Regular flat leash. Please, no flexi or extended leashes. Supplies, if needed, are available for purchase at P.E.T.S.
* anyone involved in the dog's training (over the age of 5 years) should come to at least one class to participate and observe.
* A SENSE OF HUMOUR
If you would like to be put on a wait list for any of the classes, please email and we'll put together what's requested when able. Classes will be only 5 or 6 dogs (depending on class type) to ensure maximum attention to each student (minimum 3 dogs). Most classes will be held outside when weather permits. Please dress appropriately.
